June 7, 2013, was my first encounter with the expert technicians at Percy's. Since that time, ALL of my vehicle maintenance when in Maine has been trusted to His capable hands. The only exception is that some of my Class A motor-home repairs must be conducted at Freightliner. Percy is entirely trustworthy and all of his technicians are extremely competent. They go the extra mile at protecting my vehicles by installing protective coverings prior to beginning maintenance. My initial overall instructions to him back in 2013, were, "Please treat my vehicles as though you owned them. If you see any issues that should be addressed, I want to know about them." I freely admit that I have not been disappointed. When issues arise, he always provides options aimed at correcting new or future issues. (eg: "the tire is o.k. for now, but you may need replacing by next inspection." I would trust Percy with my life, AND I DO! I once worked at the most secure military sites in the U.S. When leaving, there was a sign which read: YOU ARE ABOUT TO ENTER THE MOST DANGEROUS AREA ON EARTH....A PUBLIC HIGHWAY! BUCKLE-UP!!
